just send us an e-mail and

provide us with the following Information

When we have received your e-mail with your details, we will check the availability and we will forward you the "Booking Form"

as a detailed offer with all the services and prices.

What to send, so that we can prepare a booking - reservation for you

please have a look at the details below...

we only can prepare a booking (and an offer) when we have all your details related what you already have on EASA Licenses/ Ratings, or any ICAO license or Ratings

For Initital PPL training

we just need a copy of your passport

For all additionnal Training like CPL, ME,IR and Conversions...

We need to see all your documents:

Licences (EASA and ICAO in case)
Ratings
Medical
Passed Exams related to the new training
RT, LPC ...
a copy of your logbook (last 2 pages) with a summery of your flying hours.

The Booking Form

When receiving the booking from us, please

fill in all your details and send it back signed by e-mail as a scan document.

With all our bookings there is a mandatory down-payment (deposit or fist installment), just see the booking form.

When we have received the booking form and the down-payment we will confirm your booking.

Without booking and down-payment - there is no service possible!

Payment

Payment policy for the entire Training and Services

The first Payment will be your down-payment (installment).
This will go to your "Training Account" and will be used for the first part of the service you will receive...

we don´t want a front up full payment!
